  WARNING *****. To all women I strongly advise not to use this firm as I was verbally abused and threatened with police intervention over the alleged non payment of a cancellation fee from a previous journey taken by another customer.
  The driver was verbally aggressive and dirogatory. He refused to immediately pull over when requested so I could exit the vehicle and then advised he and his colleague the controller at that point (from what I could hear was his personal friend) were recording the conversation. I was distressed to the point of tears and shocked by the level of vitriol and total lack of respect.
  
  No woman should be brought to tears in fear by verbal abuse of a taxi driver. Their business is based on providing a service and from what I experienced was completely an employee lacking in basic communcication skills or professionalism.
  
  Is any taxi driver ever justified in verbally abusive or threatening behaviour to women ?
  
  Don’t bother even reflecting on this and take your business else where
